The Land Group integrated detailed topographic survey, thorough site investigation, and interaction with the owner and contractor to identify all of the existing site facilities to avoid unknown conditions once construction had begun. A sewer lift station for a private force main was converted to a septic system to the City of Meridian municipal system. A segment of the planned regional multi-use pathway is being provided from this project to connect into the City of Meridian’s Pathways master plan. This project is a continuation of work The Land Group has done on this facility since 1992.
