The Land Group was contracted to provide civil engineering, surveying, planning and landscape architecture design service for the .77 acre site found in downtown Boise, Idaho. The Land Group collaborated with the design team to provide an overall site master plan and assisted with entitlement requirements.

The urban housing site details provided by The Land Group included: overall site pedestrian circulation, front entry courtyard, urban streetscape, interior vehicle parking access, large outdoor patio and gazebo, dining and entertainment, seating, exterior lighting, colorful planter pots, bike parking, site furnishing, and ADA accessibility. The Land Group also assisted with the design team to achieve a “LEED for Homes - Gold” performance and approval. The engineers provided office off-site street improvements, vehicle parking access, service access, off-site sewer improvements, potable water, site grading and drainage. The Land Group provided full construction documents for landscape architecture, site planning and civil engineering, including bidding assistance and construction observations.
