Fort Missoula Regional Park Phase 1 Grand Opening
 

Save the date! April 29, 2017 is the grand opening of phase 1 of the Fort Missoula Regional Park in Missoula, Montana. FMRP is a regional park that came to fruition with the passing of a 42-million-dollar bond in 2014. The Land Group took the master plan through plan finalization, design development, and construction phases. Thank you to Missoula Parks and Recreation, and Missoula County Parks, Trails, and Open Lands for helping make this exciting project a reality!

 
Riverside Hotel River Access
 

Riverside Hotel’s vision for river access now comes to life! The stone access stairway was recently implemented on the Boise River Greenbelt, next to the ever-popular Sandbar Grill. The takeout can be accessed by the public, providing a strategic location for river access for fishing, paddle boarding, tubing etc. In addition to the takeout, revegetation of the riverbank with native species was a key focus of this project. The Land Group’s design for this exciting project is revealed in these renderings.

 
St. Ignatius Catholic School Construction Progress
 

Through the rain, snow, and cold, work continues to progress on the St. Ignatius Catholic School.

Mill 95 Ground-Breaking
 

There was a ground-breaking ceremony yesterday for Mill 95, Idaho’s first hop pelletizing mill. TLG is proud to be part of such an exciting project in the Treasure Valley that will revolutionize Idaho’s hop profile. For more information, see this article from the Idaho Press Tribune.

Nevada Water Environment Association Workshop Feature
 

One of our latest Low Impact Development projects is being featured today at the Nevada Water Environment Association LID Workshop in Sparks, NV. The Land Group partnered with Carter Engineering, the City Of Elko, Nevada, and Great Basin Engineering Contractors, LLC on the reconstruction of 4 blocks of Cedar Street. This is the first phase in an effort to improve Cedar Street circulation function, mitigate Storm Water Runoff and improve the quality of stormwater entering the Humboldt River.

Pioneer Pathway
 

Commissioned by Capital City Development Corporation (CCDC), TLG developed construction drawings as required to extend the Pioneer Pathway with decorative modular pavers, linking W River Street to the Boise River Greenbelt. Also included was pathway lighting and decorative benches. The partnership with CCDC and Boise Parks & Rec was instrumental in making this exciting connection. Construction of this project was completed in Spring, 2016.
